Kablamo built Arts & Leisure a booking platform as polished as the trips it sells: itineraries and client approvals running through software that looks and feels like A&L, not a rebadged template. It covers the core booking operation, approvals, invoicing supported through QuickBooks integration, and payments across Canada, the US, and Europe, backed by an ongoing partnership with Kablamo.

Arts & Leisure sells bespoke, high-end travel, the kind where every detail is handcrafted for the client.
But the tools behind that experience didn't match it: itineraries were built by hand in Word, none of it reflected A&L's brand, and travel designers had few guardrails to work within. Payments were a manual, disconnected step tacked onto the end of a process that should have felt seamless from start to finish.
Before writing a line of code, Kablamo spent four weeks embedded in how A&L's team actually works, mapping the real workflow, not the idealized one.
What we built from that is a cloud-native platform on AWS, engineered from the ground up to carry A&L's branding as naturally as the itineraries themselves, and flexible enough that travel designers can white-label itineraries for partner agencies without leaving the platform.
The platform covers the full booking lifecycle: leads, quotes with itinerary creation, bookings, and traveller sign-off and payment, followed by multi-currency invoicing and reporting across three markets. Itinerary content is now curated in the platform rather than assembled manually in Word, and integrated payment links replace the manual payment process for travel designers, agents, and travellers.
This wasn't a proof-of-concept or an MVP in name only, the platform was stable, fully functional, and operating in production from day one, with Kablamo providing ongoing support and regular check-ins since launch through Product Care.
What A&L has now is a platform that feels like theirs, because it is: built from the ground up around how they actually work, not bent into shape from something off the shelf.
Every screen, every itinerary, every touchpoint a client sees reflects A&L's brand, and travel designers finally have real guardrails instead of a system that got in their way.
Itineraries that used to be pieced together by hand are now curated in the platform, giving every client a deliverable that looks as considered as the trip itself. Payments, once a manual, disconnected step, now run through integrated links that work for travel designers, agents, and travellers alike, feeding straight into QuickBooks for invoicing and reporting. And when a travel designer needs to put together an itinerary for one of A&L's partner agencies, the platform white-labels it without missing a beat.
The platform is live, running exactly the way A&L's business does, and Kablamo is still in it with them, building what comes next through Product Care.
